Liz has been able to work with my physical limitations during our Pilates privates. I have spinal fusions, herniated disks and a serious knee injury. I found Liz through her great reviews on Google and have been very happy doing two privates a week. She is very careful to help me strengthen and tone my body while keeping me safe. She's very knowledgeable about all of the equipment and keeps it interesting and fun. I really recommend Liz!

I've worked with Liz for about a year. Liz helped me resolve my chronic low back and hip pain by taking the time and having a good eye to identify muscle imbalances and facilitating proper technique to address the imbalances.

About six months ago I had an accident, severely injuring my leg. When I finished physical therapy I continued to have pain, weakness, and loss of motion in my knee. Liz helped me to gradually and safely increase the use of my leg, offering encouragement for me to push myself, but also understanding my limitations so I didn't overdo.

I highly recommend Liz as an instructor for beginning through advanced Pilates practice.

I'm 65 and have been having leg pain for the last three years. It has tentatively been diagnosed (just based on the symptoms) as either sciatica or spinal stenosis. Imaging hasn't shown anything definitive. I've been trying to address this for the last three years in various ways without any progress. Back surgery has been recommended several times but I'm not going there. I've been doing private Pilates lessons with Liz for the last five months and I'm finally seeing some improvement. I am now much more mobile and can walk further that I have been able to for some time. My balance is markedly improved. I would highly recommend Liz.
